Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping delivery times are estimates provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout when applicable.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for USPS delays. However, if your package appears lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with USPS.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the damaged item so we can assist you.
