Please note: We normally ship our packages within 48 hours of receiving the order; however, we reserve the right to hold an order if an item is out of stock and expected back in stock in a few days.

RETURN POLICY, EXCHANGE POLICY, BACKORDER POLICY:
Your satisfaction is guaranteed or you get a full refund! No Questions! Replacements and/or refunds will ONLY be made for damaged or incorrectly shipped merchandise. A 15% restocking fee ($5.00 minimum) is required for all general returns. To receive a refund on a package or kit, you must return the entire kit although exchanges for items within a kit/package will be made. All returns/exchanges must receive a return authorization number prior to returning the item. Returns made without an RA number may be significantly delayed.
We do not process backorders. If you have ordered an item which is out of stock at the time that you placed the order, we will process your order minus the out of stock item. Please note: If a shipment of an out of stock item is expected in a few days, we reserve the right to hold your order until it arrives. If it will take longer than a few days, we will contact you and make arrangements.
